Project Description:
My first big project in 2017, Sunflower Estate is the only project
in this site to be considered”Pilot Project”,
which has too many complexities with floor and no habitational purpose.
Even a Pilot, Sunflower Estate is a timeless symmetric beauty that features:

amount of stairs, fountains and flowers)
Swimming pool / tanning beds
Poolside bedroom
Fancy jacuzzi area
multiple resting / reading spots
Secret Spice Garden kitchen-side
Kitchen / livingroom & dining

hidden storage room
